Shipping times after dispatch:
EU: 3–8 business days
UK: 4–8 business days
US & Canada: 3–12 business days
Rest of world: 4–20 business days

We keep things simple to reduce waste and stay sustainable. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on orders shipped within the EU. Please note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping.

For orders shipped to the US, Canada, or anywhere outside the EU, returns are only accepted if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
